Terms & Conditions
Commitment Period. By completing your purchase and joining The High Calibre Speaker's Circle, you are committing to the full 12-month programme. This is a 12-month commitment and your payment — whether made in full or via the payment plan — constitutes your agreement to this contract.
No Early Exit. Enrolment is non-cancellable once payment has been made. No refunds or early terminations will be granted. If you are on a payment plan, all scheduled instalments remain due in full for the entire 12-month period, regardless of your participation level.
Payment Plan Agreement. If you have chosen a payment plan, you authorise Soul Speaks Ltd to collect all scheduled payments for the duration of the programme. Failure to maintain payments does not release you from your contractual commitment and may result in access being suspended until the account is brought up to date.
Programme Access. Access to all programme materials, coaching sessions, and community is provided for the duration of your 12-month enrolment period. Soul Speaks Ltd reserves the right to adjust session formats, platforms, or delivery methods while maintaining the core programme content and value.
Confidentiality. All programme materials are proprietary to Soul Speaks Ltd and are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any content from the programme without prior written consent.
