The wonderful city of London awaits!
The Venue
Kingswood Address: Kingswood House, Seeley Drive, Southwark, SE21 8QN
This stunning venue is home to Soul Speaks. Where contemporary chic merges with time-honoured comforts. Kingswood Arts is based in 19th-century Kingswood House, a former mansion once owned by the inventor of Bovril!
Step inside and you’ll find a space brimming with charm and character—gracefully restored yet full of modern spirit. Tucked away in the heart of South London, the estate offers sweeping grounds, grand architecture, and an atmosphere that invites creativity, connection, and reflection.
From the ornate wood-panelled rooms to the light-flooded studios and hidden garden corners, every inch of Kingswood whispers stories of the past while holding space for what’s yet to come. It’s more than a venue—it’s a feeling. A soulful setting that brings people together to speak, share, and simply be.

Travelling to Soul Speaks
Driving:
Driving to Kingswood House in Southwark is a convenient option. Limited on-site parking may be available, and there is unrestricted parking on nearby residential streets, but availability can vary. We recommend checking local parking restrictions in advance or using nearby public car parks if needed. Plan ahead, especially during school or event times when the area can be busy.
Train:
Travelling by train is one of the most efficient and eco-friendly ways to reach Kingswood House. The nearest major station is West Dulwich, which is about a 12-minute walk from the venue. Alternatively, Gipsy Hill and Sydenham Hill stations are also nearby. From London Victoria, trains to West Dulwich typically take around 15 minutes.
Flying:
If you're travelling from abroad, the nearest major airport is London Gatwick, from which you can take a direct train to West Norwood or London Victoria, then connect to West Dulwich. The total journey time is around 60–75 minutes. From Heathrow, take the Elizabeth Line or Piccadilly Line to London Victoria, then follow the same connection. Be sure to check UK entry requirements here before you travel.
